Shipping policy

1.Shipping Fee
We will ship all products for free.

 

2. Coverage Area
48 states in the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and overseas territories);

 

3. Shipping Time
The average transit time is 3-7 business days. (Note: This does not apply to pre-order products. For these arrival times, please refer to your pre-order.)

Our regular shipping schedule is Monday through Friday. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship the next business day. 

 

4. Delivery Carrier
USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon MCF, and Walmart MCF.

 

5. Shipping Instructions
Make sure orders have the correct name, address, and contact information, so items are delivered successfully. Once the product is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, contact the VAKERR Support Team at support@vakerr.com.
